These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the service administration (hereinafter — “we”) and users (hereinafter — the “User”) who use the platform to create interactive maps and place them on their websites.

1. Services Provided

We provide a digital online service that includes:

• creating interactive maps,
• adding points manually or via import,
• generating embed code for placing the map on a website,
• managing points and map settings,
• the ability to enable advanced features through paid plans.

2. Subscription and Pricing Plans

• Paid plans provide extended functionality (number of points, templates, customization).
• Payment is made on a subscription basis.
• After payment, access is activated automatically.
• Auto-renewal takes place monthly / annually (depending on the selected plan).
• The User can disable auto-renewal at any time.

3. Service Provision and Terms

• Access to the service is provided immediately after successful payment.
• The services are available 24/7, except during scheduled maintenance.
• We will inform Users in advance about long maintenance periods (where reasonably possible).

4. Geographical Scope of Services

The service is fully digital and operates in any country where the use of SaaS platforms is not prohibited by law.
Physical delivery of goods is not provided, as the service is an intangible product.

5. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Visa / Mastercard bank cards,
• Apple Pay / Google Pay,

Payments are processed in the currency shown on the pricing page.

6. User Responsibilities

The User undertakes to:

• provide accurate information during registration;
• not use the service for illegal activities;
• not embed prohibited content in maps (violence, pornography, incitement to violent actions, spam).

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• loss of access caused by User errors (lost password, etc.);
• malfunctions of third-party services (hosting, APIs, payment providers);
• unavailability of the service due to reasons beyond our control (force majeure).

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, code, interfaces and logos belong to the owner of the service.
The User receives only a right to use the functionality, but not ownership rights.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions.
In the event of material changes, we will notify Users on the website or by e-mail.
