Refund Policy

This policy governs the procedure for issuing refunds to users of the service for creating and publishing interactive maps (hereinafter — the “Service”).

1. Digital nature of the services

Our Service provides digital services, in particular access to functionality for creating maps, managing points, integrating with your website, storing data and using paid subscription plans.
The service is deemed to have been provided at the moment the subscription is activated or the plan is paid.

2. No refunds for already used periods

Since access to the paid functionality is granted immediately after payment, refunds for already used periods are not provided.

3. Refunds in case of technical problems

Refunds are possible only in the following cases:

  • the Service was unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to a fault of our platform;
  • a technical issue made it impossible to use the paid functionality, and the issue could not be resolved within 48 hours after contacting support.

In such cases, a full or partial refund may be issued, depending on the duration of the service unavailability.

4. Cancellation of subscription

The User may at any time:

  • contact support to request cancellation.

After cancelling the subscription, the Service will remain available until the end of the paid period.

5. Cancellation of a transaction

Cancellation of a transaction is possible if:

  • funds were debited by mistake,
  • or the User did not receive access at the time of activation.

A request for cancellation must be submitted within 3 days after the payment.
